Owners Ray Richardson and wife Lisa were the hosts of the former Second Street Grill in Lewes. Chef Ray is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He is assisted by Sous Chef Ryan Betts. Their new restaurant location off Route 1 and Cave Neck Road features convenient parking, a warm stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and lots of space for artwork.THE KITCHEN at Paynter’s Mill features local artists as part of a series of shows featuring local scenes titled "SHADES O' GREEN”, curated by Libby Zando.
