The Kitchen at Paynter’s Mill enhances it’s dining experience by featuring local art.
Owners Ray Richardson and wife Lisa were the hosts of the former Second Street Grill in Lewes. Chef Ray is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He is assisted by Sous Chef Ryan Betts. Their new restaurant location off Route 1 and Cave Neck Road features convenient parking, a warm stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and lots of space for artwork.THE KITCHEN at Paynter’s Mill features local artists Jane Knaus & Linda Minkowski as part of a series of shows featuring local scenes titled “Out the Kitchen Window”, curated by Libby Zando.
